HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We currently offer SkyNet Worldwide Express. We will also be partnering with Aramex in the near future.

• UAE: 20 DHS per order through a courier company. 
• Orders 500 AED and above will merit FREE delivery.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Due to disruption from the Coronavirus pandemic, some orders may take slightly longer to arrive, depending on local delivery capacity.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Abu Dhabi, and are usually delivered within 3-5 working days, under the current climate this may take up to 7 days.

There can be the occasional customs or courier delay, which may affect your delivery time-frame from time to time.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An email will be sent once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive one, please email sales@mazyonaproducts.com

All orders have “an authority to leave”, and if you have special instructions for where the parcel is to be left, please advise on checkout.

For couriered packages, make sure your supplied address is attended to during business hours. We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.
